REFUND POLICY

Kickzsoccer: Refund Policy

Please see below our refund policy set forth for our soccer camps & programs; Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter Seasons (Indoor & Outdoor)

Prior to the start of your camp or program: Kickzsoccer will provide either a 100% program credit or the opportunity to switch to a more suitable camp or program. (Note: a $10 administration fee will apply).
After the start of your camp or program: Kickzsoccer will pro-rate your credit voucher or provide you with the opportunity to switch to a more suitable camp or program.
Conclusion of your camp or program: NO credit or refunds will be issued.

Non-Participation

Following initial class, if you feel your child is not ready for the program and an alternative or more suitable program cannot be found, you will be subject to a program voucher, as noted above, in the amount of the remaining camp or program balance.  

To request a credit voucher for non-participation, you must complete the form below or contact our office on (973) 270 7542.

Medical cancelation

If the participant is injured or a medical emergency arises and you submit medical documentation stating that the registrant cannot participate, Kickzsoccer will provide either a full or partial refund if;

a FULL refund if notified BEFORE the camp or program start date

a PARTIAL credit if notified AFTER the camp or program start date

COVID Protocols

For any NJ State or Facility Closures, Kickzsoccer will provide either a full or partial refund if;

a FULL refund if closure notification is BEFORE the camp or program start date

a PARTIAL credit if if closure notification is AFTER the camp or program start date

*Credits are issued/valid for 12months of original program date. Any requests after this date will be null and void.

Note: Where possible, program schedules will be extended to observe the FULL program schedule.
