Kickzsoccer: Refund Policy

Please see below our refund policy set forth for our soccer camps & programs; Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter Seasons (Indoor & Outdoor)

Prior to the start of your camp or program: Kickzsoccer will provide either a 100% program credit or the opportunity to switch to a more suitable camp or program. (Note: a $10 administration fee will apply).
After the start of your camp or program: Kickzsoccer will pro-rate your credit voucher or provide you with the opportunity to switch to a more suitable camp or program.
Conclusion of your camp or program: NO credit or refunds will be issued.

Note: Issued credits must be redeemed within the same calendar year as issue date

Non-Participation

Following initial class, if you feel your child is not ready for the program and an alternative or more suitable program cannot be found, you will be subject to a program voucher, as noted above, in the amount of the remaining camp or program balance.

Medical cancelation

If the participant is injured or a medical emergency arises and you submit medical documentation stating that the registrant cannot participate, Kickzsoccer will provide either a full or partial refund if;

a FULL refund if notified BEFORE the camp or program start date

a PARTIAL credit if notified AFTER the camp or program start date

Weather cancellations:

In the event of cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, Kickzsoccer will attempt to extend camp/program schedules to makeup lost hours, where possible.

Note: Alternative dates/times may be provided pending field/indoor availability.

Credits will be provided if weather impacts 50% (or more) of your camp/program.

Location Change:

Kickzsoccer reserves the right to relocate the camp/program to preserve the best interest of the camp and its participants within a reasonable distance.

A refund will (only) be issued if the new location exceeds 10miles from its origination and the participant chooses not to switch.

COVID Protocols

For any NJ State or Facility Closures, Kickzsoccer will provide either a full or partial refund if;

a FULL refund if closure notification is BEFORE the camp or program start date

a PARTIAL credit if if closure notification is AFTER the camp or program start date

*Credits are issued/valid for 12months of original program date. Any requests after this date will be null and void.
